Kind words from good people.

"I worked with Nicole on executing social media strategies for Forest City Stapleton for more than a year. Her attention to detail, thoughtful execution and fun personality are invaluable – she was a key player on our interactive team!"

John and I worked together from 2011-2013 on interactive marketing projects for Forest City Stapleton. At the time, he was Forest City's Director of Marketing, and I had a contract with Widefoc.us, who they had hired to run their social media and interactive campaigns. I became Widefoc.us' lead on the project, managing all of Stapleton's social media channels, representing Widefoc.us at weekly and monthly meetings with the rest of Forest City's marketing and PR vendors, and launched their offline community ambassador program.

“Connector” is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Nicole. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Nicole for almost three years, during which we worked together organizing several events while she was Built In Denver’s Director of Community Development. I would go so far as saying Nicole was the most connected woman in the Denver startup community. Above all, I was impressed with her superior communication skills, whether as a writer, speaker, or one-on-one. And, of course, you can’t help but notice her friendly and outgoing personality. I am truly grateful I had the opportunity to work with Nicole and would welcome the chance to again in a heartbeat."

- Audrey Klammer, Game/Code/Design TA, Bay Area Video Coalition

Audrey and I worked together on several events in Denver's tech startup community in 2012 and 2013. At the time, she was the Marketing Coordinator for Alchemy API, and we collaborated on running two monthly networking events.

"I hired Nicole as a digital marketing consultant for Brandfolder. I had known Nicole personally from the Denver startup community but had never worked with her in an official capacity. Bottom line: Nicole is a doer. She jumped right in and got to work, primarily helping us with our own brand development, social media presences and content marketing with the goals of building awareness in the market, engaging with potential customers in our target market and establishing us as a thought leader around personal / business productivity.

Jumping into an early-stage startup that is running in a lean fashion (read: infancy-stage processes and a bevy of systems to achieve "marketing automation") is not an easy task. This was not a roadblock whatsoever for Nicole, who rolled up her sleeves, voiced her opinions and made things happen. I'd recommend Nicole to anyone who is looking for a strategic marketer who is comfortable with technology and able to hit the ground running."

- Brian Parks, co-founder, Brandfolder

I worked with Brandfolder for about two months, helping them to launch their social media channels and establish the brand's voice, writing their first round of email marketing campaigns, and helping to develop their messaging and templates. It was a great experience, and now I use Brandfolder at Jaunt and evangelize for them every chance I get. It's a great tool and a fantastic team of people that I had the pleasure to work with.

"I volunteered with Nicole on the Mile High Young Professional Communications Committee. She is a wiz at social media and understands how to create buzz using the different platforms. In addition, she keeps up with the latest trends and happenings relevant to the communities she manages. She's a women always "in the know" and I believe she would be an asset to any team."

- Kassidy Benson,
Real Estate Broker, Live Urban Real Estate and member, MHYP

As Kassidy mentioned, we worked together as volunteers on the communications committee for the Mile High Young Professionals. I had been running our social media and publishing our monthly newsletter on my own for about 18 months when we finally started getting volunteers to help out, and Kassidy was one of the first to join my team and take on some of the responsibilities.
